General Liability

General Liability insurance coverage protects you should you become legally liable as a result of negligence. Legal defense of such claim against you is also generally covered. Types of negligence covered under this policy would include damage to a mobile home or personal injury caused by improper installation, damage to a mobile home (because of weather or other listed peril) while in your care, custody or control or personal injury to a non-employee at a work site or on your premises. General Liability insurance will also cover acts of negligence caused by a sub-contractor while in the course of performing duties for you.

We offer General Liability coverage as part of a mobile home set-up contactor package or part of a mobile home dealer package. We also offer monoline (stand alone) general liability coverage.

General Liability insurance does not cover auto related injury or property damage.
