Workmen's Compensation Insurance covers claims against you by an employee that arise from a "workplace" accident, injury, or disease. The accident could occur at your workplace or any other location while the employee is working for you. Workmen's Compensation claims often arise due to an automobile accident involving an employee while escorting, driving a toter or service truck, or while riding in a company vehicle. Workmen's Compensation Insurance is often called "no fault insurance," as the employer does not have to be negligent or at fault at the time of the accident for the coverage to be allowed.

We offer Workmen's Compensation coverage up to $1,000,000 per accident. Also, owners and officers can be exempt to lower your total premium.
